Your conversations are used only to run the service: to reply to you and to remember what you chose to keep. We never use them for advertising, never sell them, and never use them to train models.

What we keep

• Your account: email, optional display name, password (hashed), and the date you confirmed you are 18 or older.
• Your conversations and each character's notebook about you (summary and facts), which you can read and edit at any time.
• Technical records: credit movements, and per reply the token count and cost, without the text.

Who processes it

Your messages are sent to our AI provider, Anthropic PBC, in the United States, under the EU standard contractual clauses, to generate replies. The service is hosted by IONOS SE in the EU.

How long

As long as your account exists. When you delete a conversation or your account, it is erased at once from the application, and from backups within 30 days. Guest sessions without an account are deleted after 30 days of inactivity.

Your rights

You can download all your data and delete your account from your account page. You can also contact us for access, correction or objection, and complain to the CNIL (cnil.fr).

One cookie keeps you signed in and one remembers your language. No advertising or tracking cookies.
