The service

Alcove lets adults chat with original fictional characters whose replies are generated by an AI. Characters are not real people. Replies can be wrong or incomplete and are not medical, legal, financial or psychological advice.

Who can use it

You must be 18 or older. One account per person.

What's not allowed

• Sexual content, and anything involving minors in a sexual or harmful way.
• Harassment, hate, threats, or using Alcove to plan anything illegal.
• Trying to get around the platform's safety rules, or automating access to the service.

We may suspend accounts that break these rules.

Credits

One credit is used per reply. A reply that fails is refunded automatically. Free credits have no cash value. Paid plans, when available, will have their own conditions.
